As the Do-Overs, Karen Dahlstrom and I bring a stripped-down, two-guitar approach to 70’s pop, country, and our own originals. It’s like hearing your favorite overproduced mega-hits sung on the front porch in two-part harmony, except perhaps for our medley of songs from the film, Hans Christian Anderson.
The Do-Overs will play their first live show ever Saturday October 15th at 8PM at 68 Jay Street Bar. Our first show. That’s like buying Iron Man No. 1 on the newstand.
To get to 68 Jay Street Bar, take the F train to York Ave, and walk two short blocks downhill to 68 Jay.
A member of the band Bobtown, Karen is about to release a solo EP of original songs inspired her home state of Idaho, Gem State. I have also just finished a new record: The Easy Way.
We’ll be followed by a great country outfit, Jack Grace. So, stick around and enjoy them too.
